Electrical and Data:	new floor boxes, power and Cat 5e data cabling supplied, relocation of existing office and emergency lights and reprogramming of PIR system
Plumbing:	installation of high quality tea-point
Flooring:	supply and installation of solid maple flooring in reception and boardroom, good quality, heavy duty, contract carpet tiles in office areas and ceramic tiles at the tea-point
M&E works:	Re position air ducts to suit new layout and install new Daikin wall mounted spilt system
Decoration:	branded manifestation applied to boardroom and entrance doors, decoration of all new walls incorporating corporate colours and glazed whiteboard screens installed throughout
