This full-building renovation at 10 St John’s Prince’s Street brought new life to a historic West End address. While working with some existing elements, the majority of the building was entirely updated and transformed. We introduced new teapoints on every floor, a bright and modern ground floor lobby, and the addition of showers and changing facilities in the basement.

The office floors were opened up to maximise light and flexibility, with generous breakout spaces and bespoke joinery adding character and functionality throughout.
