22 Sackville Street
Space was first appointed on the fourth floor, a tired, partly furnished fit-out left behind by an outgoing tenant. Working with what remained, the floor was transformed through new flooring, feature furniture, feature wallpapers, artwork and a full redecoration throughout. The kind of before-and-after that's difficult to ignore.
Following the success of that project, Sir Richard Sutton Estate appointed Space to tackle the ground floor reception; an industrial-style space that felt at odds with its Mayfair address. Keeping the bones intact, the design layered in soft furnishings, a wall of curtaining, organic furniture, rugs, artwork and a refreshed colour palette to create something warm, considered and entirely fitting for Sackville Street.
The same considered approach carried through to the first-floor Cat B refurbishment: redecorated throughout, with carefully selected furniture, layered textures and artwork that ties the space together. Warm, cohesive and built to let.
A third-floor appointment has since followed, making this almost an entire building for the same client, one floor at a time.
The kind of relationship that speaks for itself.
