In a busy, multi-tenanted building, every element of this build was completed out of hours, requiring flexibility, close coordination, and quick-thinking design decisions. We successfully revitalised the reception, café, and communal areas with the introduction of soft pastel tones and thoughtful furnishing choices, balancing character with calm.

Acoustic challenges from the high ceilings and central atrium were addressed with discreet design solutions, such as fabric-wrapped walls, a central sofa, and custom acoustic plant pots. The finished result is a warm, welcoming space that comfortably supports a diverse mix of people and day-to-day uses.
