40 Grosvenor Street
Having previously fitted out the third and fifth floors at 40 Grosvenor Street, Edge Asset Management brought us back to carry out a Cat A+ refurbishment of Level 4, Ground and the Lower Ground floor at this historic address.
Every element of this project was aimed toward a future tenant with taste. On the ground floor, the rich mahogany joinery mirrors the building’s distinguished façade. The historic meeting room boasts soft seating and statement furniture, all of which compliment the common parts that have been re-purposed with luxury finishes such as marble and brass.
Working within a period property meant we had no shortage of original features to enhance, from the exquisite plasterwork, ornate ceiling coving and intricate wall detailing, to the beautiful fireplaces, all carefully restored. The workspace on Lower Ground and the Fourth Floor was designed for flexibility with a mix of fixed desking, private areas framed with Crittall glazing and multi-use zones.
The result is nothing short of luxurious. A workplace steeped in history yet ready for its next chapter.
