Originally brought in to refurbish two floors, our scope at 48 Moorgate quickly expanded into a full building transformation. We successfully navigated complex building control regulations due to the single stair exit and strict fire compliance. Materials were carefully selected to stay sympathetic to the original architecture, such as precision-engineered steel details throughout the reception.
From a floating bench to the marble signage, every element was carefully considered. Our trusted partnership continues to grow, evolving from a simple interior fit-out to a full building refurbishment.
