55 Grosvenor Street

In the heart of Mayfair, 55 Grosvenor forms part of the prestigious Grosvenor Estate, originally developed in the 18th century for fashionable residences. Capital and City approached us to create a Cat A+ plug-and-play space that would modernise the interior and appeal to an investment or fund-style tenant.

The inherited layout, once home to a merchant bank, reflected a pre-COVID approach to workspace design. Flexibility and mixed-use areas were key to the brief, so we introduced angled desking to fill the usable space, which can also be adapted later to increase desk numbers if needed. Office space and meeting rooms were divided and reconfigured for modern-day practicality, whilst the kitchen and breakout areas were upgraded to be warm and welcoming with improved lighting, finishes and comfortable furnishings.

A palette of greige walls, leather accents, soft textures and generous planting brought warmth and character to the space, creating an inviting and ready-to-use workspace ready for its next tenant to move straight into.
