7-8 Saville Row
7-8 Savile Row, one of London's most recognised streets, demanded a fit-out that matched its reputation. Instructed through the Pollen Estate, Space delivered a fully fitted Cat A+ workspace on the fifth floor, where every detail was thought through, and nothing was left to chance.
The brief called for a high-end Cat A+ specification that would appeal to the discerning Mayfair occupier. The design response was considered, and layered - each element chosen to create a sense of quality that reveals itself gradually as you move through the space.
The feature mirrored arch bookcase at the end of the corridor draws the eye and creates a sense of length and depth that opens the space without structural intervention. Timber beam slats offer a carefully judged sight line into the open plan, enough to feel connected, without giving too much away. Perfectly balancing both privacy and openness.
The open teapoint anchors the heart of the floor. A muted maroon feature colour adds warmth and character without overwhelming. Underfoot, parquet flooring runs throughout the main space, adding texture and a sense of craftsmanship that feels entirely at home on this address.
The detail continues into the bathrooms, where statement vinyl flooring and considered finishes create a space that goes well beyond the expected for a Cat A+ specification.
The fifth floor at 7-8 Savile Row is now a market-ready workspace and is designed to attract the right tenant from day one.
