When leading Swiss bank BAWAG expanded into a new space, they appointed us to create a workspace that could grow with their team. Originally designed for five people but able to accommodate up to 25, the office blends detailed design with everyday functionality. We also ensured the office met the needs of every team member, prioritising IT and AV infrastructure to effectively support remote meetings - something that was key to the client.

The building’s period features and listed status presented its challenges, particularly with acoustics, but we worked closely to meet compliance while preserving the original design style. Exposed period ceilings and brass fixtures preserved the character of the space, successfully balancing heritage and modern performance.
