Helix Property Advisors faced the challenge of transforming a period property, with the 1st floor previously functioning as an art gallery. The design needed to respect the building’s heritage while boasting modern-day appeal to prospective tenants. We preserved key traditional elements of the building within the Cat A design on the 1st floor, exhibiting unique features such as double-heighted ceilings and windows and existing fireplaces. Beaumont Nathan were keen to take the 2nd floor, of which we were able to design the space completely bespoke to the needs of the company, leaving them with somewhere they were proud to call home.
The Cat A+ design on the 3rd and 4th floors featured functional meeting rooms and workspaces, with eye-catching furniture and pastel pink accents, creating an attractive, yet practical, environment ready for future tenants to move straight into.
