Great Tower Street is a project rooted in trust. Having delivered the full fit-out of 48 Moorgate together, White Druce Brown returned to Space with a new challenge: a City building struggling to attract tenants and in need of a Cat A refurbishment to spark market interest.

The result goes beyond the expected. A high-specification breakout area and teapoint, banquet seating, considered feature lighting and a full toilet upgrade with two new shower facilities - every detail made with the end occupier in mind. Deliberately over-engineered in the best sense of the phrase.

The building sits within a conservation area, adding planning complexity that required careful management throughout. Timelines flexed, but the outcome didn't.
