Knotel - Hatfields
This three-floor Cat A+ fit-out for Knotel transformed a poorly maintained building into a bright, modern and highly flexible workspace. We delivered a full scope of work, from AC and plumbing to bespoke furniture and finishings.
The incredible 5m ceiling heights on the ground floor were maximised to create open, inviting spaces, with a variety of agile settings including collaboration booths, bleacher seating, phone booths and soft zones. Designed with future flexibility in mind, the space was quickly tenanted on completion.
